Already have an account? WebI don't know any that run on Windows. There's Avahi for Linux and BSD (and WSL probably), it allows manual configuration of many aspects of mDNS/DNS-SD. It won't allow multiple host names though, and it binds to interfaces, not IP addresses (or anything else you can easily create multiple instances of on Windows).

Converted it to WSL-2, no issues. I also read this "the latest release of WSL-2 will build on Hyper-V", but that seems not to be necessary (yet?).
