I find it's best to buy baguettes, heat them in the oven for 5 minutes (approx. 150C) then bend the crust at 90 degrees to simulate your ankles. Then eat the baguettes. WebI've tried heating them up with a hair dryer and putting my feet covered with 3 pairs of socks in there and hoping for the boots to mold to my feet. I've also put in a different sole with more arch support and that just made the pain worse so I took that back out. Anyway, the problem: I can only last about 2-3 long runs and maybe 5 on a bunny hill.
