Hdl is 44 is that good
WebConfused - I apparently have low HDL (44)… but, low cholesterol in general. I was told my triglycerides are also very low (less than 50) and LDL less than 50. Not sure how to improve the HDL since things are obviously working in my diet/exercise for the other two. I walk 15,000 steps/day and eat mostly plant based. Any ideas on how to improve?
