WebCall week, hours are about 10-12hrs except the weekend. Rest of the time is 8-10hrs. Don't really get a lot at night as the PA/NP and eICU run interference. Overall, maybe working 20-22 days per month, 3 weekends off per month. About 40 days vacation and conference time. Some of the older guys do less floors, more office. Really not bad.
