I have trouble in all core overclocking, for some reason no matter the maxed out limits in PBO, in all core situations it doesn't consume more than 120-140watts and hitting only 3500-3600 clock speed, manual voltage 1.35-1.40 and … WebIf you just want a bit of performance uplift turn on PBO, set all your cores to - 10 in CO (Curve Optimizer) and set the limits to stock (set them manually from what you see in AMDs site or Ryzen Master. If a week passes without any random reboots during idle or light loads, use a bigger curve, all cores to - 15.

WebYou need to double check that your 5950x can actually do 4000CL15. Double check that you're not getting Wheas and actually losing performance. Most Zen 3 max at either 3600/3800 pushing any further from that can actually reduce performance/stability. Currently with Zen 3 there's not much overclocking you can do. There's three options.
