I wear 24 in Citizens, 7s, TR, and Paige and got a 24 in J brand jeans and it fit PERFECTLY. the best fit ever! However the 2% spandex seems to run a bit big because ti stretches out. I know they make a size 23 in some J brand styles but haven't tried those before. So overall I would say TTS!
