You could wire it if there is 240 volts on the black and white, and you measure 120 as posted earlier to ground. Wall black to oven black, wall white to oven red, wall ground to oven white and green. That would make it work. WebOct 29, 2024 · Just to be clear the supply wire from the breaker box has a red (hot), black (hot), white (neutral), and green (ground). The stove has black (hot), red (hot), and ground. I just don't understand why they wouldn't have wired the ground to ground.
